From Reservation to Return, we keep it simple and easy, here’s how it works:

 

• Choose the dates of your adventure, check availability and select your dates here. Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date. If dates you choose are not available please call or email we do occasionally have cancellations and we will do everything possible to accommodate you.

• Once you have reserved your camper and dates we will send you an email with payment information and our rental agreement to be completed and e-signed. Your reservation is confirmed once we receive the completed contract and payment information.

• Verify your planned tow vehicle is equipped to safely tow the travel trailer you plan to rent, a class III hitch with 2-5/16" ball (KZ Sportsman requires 2" ball) and electric brake controller are required for all rentals. OR we will gladly deliver, setup, and pickup your camper at your destination. Delivery fees vary, some of our most popular sites are below, call us if you have any questions.

       $225- Any location within 50 miles of Hot Springs including Lake Ouachita and DeGray Lake, etc...

       $275- 51-75 mile radius of Hot Springs including Lake Greeson, and Shady Lake

       $375- 76-100 mile radius of Hot Springs including Greers Ferry, Heber Springs, and others

       $475- Muddy Bottoms ATV Park. Includes delivery, setup, and pickup

                   Delivery cost beyond 100 miles from our location will be calculated at $3.00 per mile

                   Call or email us for delivery setup fees to your destination not listed.

• Once you are ready to make a reservation, 25% of the total rental  will reserve the RV rental in your name. This payment  is applied to your RV rental total. The balance is due on the first day of the month of your reservation and no later than  3 days prior to the pick-up or delivery date. Reservations made within 14 days of the pickup/delivery date are due in full when the reservation is made. We accept all major credit cards. Minimum age to rent an RV is 25 due to insurance requirements.

• When you arrive to pick up your RV, we will spend time with you to make sure you know all the ins and outs of the unit you are renting. We understand this may be your first time towing a travel trailer, and you may have questions. We will review proper hitching, unhitching and RV setup procedures as well as the operation of all equipment on the RV. We want you to be comfortable and able to enjoy your RV rental experience!

• RV rentals are fun for all and we strive to make sure your experience is hassle-free, however questions can come up. If you have any questions on the road, help is only a phone call away. We are always happy to answer any questions. When it is time to return your RV, simply park it back in our lot, drop the keys in the key-drop and drive away or if we are picking it up for you just pack up and we will do the rest.​

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on the when the campsite is available as it may be occupied the night before your reservation and the number of deliveries scheduled, checkout time at most campgrounds is 3-4 pm.  and we will make every effort to deliver before 6 pm on the date of your arrival.

Pick-up and Drop-off

If you are towing your camper yourself, Pickup/check-in time is 3 pm. When the schedule permits, we are happy to offer early  pick-up. Simply drop us a note or a phone call asking us to adjust the time for you, and we will do so to the extent that the schedule permits.

 

Checkout time/Return time on your last day is 12 noon​

Cancellation Policy

 CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations may be cancelled within 7 days from the day they are made, and any deposit paid will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. If it has been more than 7 days from the date the reservation was made or less than 7 days until your reservation start date, there will be NO REFUNDS. Once Payment is received NO REFUND will be issued for cancellations, early returns or any other reason. We are not responsible for cancelled events, closed campgrounds or any other destination that you plan to attend including campsite reservations that may be cancelled for any reason
